Instructions for data privacy protection
Logfiles
For reasons of data protection, we save internet protocol addresses (IP addresses) into the logfiles. We only use these IP addresses for generation of anonymous statistics, e.g. for determination of our web page visitor numbers. We create with these adresses neither user profile nor personally referable information.
Application of your personal data
We save or use personal data (e.g. name, address, telephone number or e-mail) only then when you let us know this information formally within a registration or request.
This data exclusively conduces to your individual support, e.g. in order to deliver you information or contact you regarding a service of OPITZ CONSULTING which in our opinion could be interesting for you.
We assure you to treat all data as confidential according to data protection regulations. If requested, we delete all your personal information from our database.
Please inform us if you wish no further information. Then of course we immediately take you off of our e-mail distribution list. If requested, we do not contact you.
OPITZ CONSULTING does not pass your data on third party or sells it.
Data security
We take the protection of your data very seriously. Therefore we use current security technologies.
Please note that the data transmission in Internet (e.g. by e-mail communication) can have security holes in spite of our efforts. That is why we unfortunately can not protect your data completely against the illegal access by third party.
